1. Are you a trading company or factory ?

We are an experienced electronic cigarette factory, producing electronic cigarette for more than 9 years.
We welcomed clients all over the world to come to our factory for business talk or technical exchange.

2. Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?

We are the professional electric cigarette factory, who can producing according to the clients' design.

3. Can I have my logo on the products?

Yes. We can put your logo on the product, box, package etc...

4. What's the process of custom packaging?

a. Got your ideal packaging design
b. Create a template accordingly
c. Providing the template to customers for the design (or customer provides the design with AI&PDF file for us to finish the design)
d. Pre-production sample arrangement
e. Sample is confirmed
f. Starting mass production after receiving your confirmation

5. How do you arrange shipment?

Usually, we arranged shipment via UPS, DHL, TNT, etc...
But we also cooperate with some couriers who can provide cheaper services.
And client's nominated forwarder arranging the shipment is acceptable.

6. What's your lead time?

Basically, the sample delivery date is 3 working days.
The bulk order lead time is usually 7-14 working days after all details confirmed.

7. How about Warranty?

6 months for batteries, 3 months for atomizers from the shipping date.
If the product is defective, pls notify us within 3 days of delivery.
